Land policy and individual farms [Yugoslavia]

In Vojvodina (Yugoslavia) 58.6% of arable land is owned by individual farmers. These are small farms with an average of 3.37% ha of arable land. Significant economic and social changes have occurred in their household. By shifting the maximum individual property limit to 30 ha, it is expected that individual farm owners will purchase land with the aim of increasing their property.
