[Effect of Fertilin NS (FNS) foliar fertilizer on the yield of some vegetable crops]

The investigations carried out into nutritive value of foliar fertilizer of the special formulation (Fertilin NS) in a 3-year period have shown that the fertilizer has a significant effect upon the yield height of vegetable crops, in this case green pea and pepper. The highest efficiency has been obtained with quantities of 10-12 1/ha, applied twice in a time interval of 12-14 days. The first treatment should be carried out before flowering. The increased yields result from the number of fruits/plant which indicates that the applied fertilizer acts primarily upon better fertilization. The effect can be explained by the foliar fertilizer composition and especially by the presence of certain microelements.
