A catalogue of electrophoretic spectra of gliadins and HMW subunits of glutenins of 166 foreign winter wheat varieties is presented in form of the set of gliadin and glutenin blocks of zones, singled out from electrophoretic spectra. This catalogue enables to determine rapidly varietal purity and trueness, to determine protein polymorphism and it can also be used in a gene bank.
