Note: new reports on diseases of sapodilla (Achras sapota L.) fruits

Four pathogens namely, Geotrichum candidum Link ex. Fr., Rhizopus oryzae Went and Prinsen Guerlings, Cladosporium oxysporum Berk. and Curt. and Penicillium italicum Wehmer were found to cause spoilage of sapodilla fruits. The characteristics of the diseases and the pathogens were described.
