An experiment on Red-and-White cows fed a winter diet supplemented by Bovimix and MMB in total 150 g per day was carried out. The significant higher content of fat, lactose, casein and total solids in milk of experimental cows than in control ones was stated. Diet supplementation affected the technological parameters of cow milk
