Comparison of silage and wilted silage analyses by distillation and by isotachophoresis

The paper refers to results of comparisons of silage and wilted silage products performed by the traditional Lepper distillation method (in accordance with CSN 46 7012 standard) and by the isotachophoretic analysis. Good conformity was found in results obtained by both methods. Isotachophoresis represents a new perspective and accurate method offering savings of time as well as reagent chemicals.
