Effect of foliar feeding on yield and quality of soybean

In this study they used four levels of NPKS (20+2+6+1.42kg/h, 40+4+12+2.84 kg/h, 60+6+18+3.28kg/h, 80+8+24+5.71 kg/h) in addition to the control treatment. They found that foliar application had a significant effect on yield/plant, pod/plant seed weight and percentage of NPK in the leaves but there was no effect on seed yield/ha, number of seeds/pod, percent of shiraled seeds, protein oil and percentage of N.P.K. in the seeds. The highest yield 3t/ha was obtained from the application of 80+8+24+5.71 kg/ha NPK, while the lowest yield 2.53t/ha was obtained from the control treatment.
