Plant isozyme as genetic marker was study by using horizontal agar gel electrophoretic techniques. In this study we used the difference of esterase isozyme banding patterns to distinguish many species of economic plants such as rice, corn, sesame, sugar cane etc. The appropriate condition for enzyme separation was examined and the zymogram was detected by spectrophotometer (gel scanner)
