Studies on some important parameters of water used in the textile wet processings for remedial measure [in Bangladesh]

Some important impurities such as alkalinity, hardness and dissolved oxygen of water of Bangladesh Jute Research Institute used for textile wet processing were investigated by titrimetry and redox reaction methods. The results were compared with average limits of concentrations of the above impurities that is used normally in different textile wet processing. The suitability of water was also studied for remedial measures.
