The effects of training, (2-bromoethyl) trimethylammonium bromide (BCB) spray and ringing on growth and yield of sweet pepper were investigated. "Shin-sakigake" of 63-day old were grown in the beds under the plastic house. Plants were trained sprayed with 1,000 ppm BCB and ringed. Nine plants were planted in 3.3 centiare as dense planting plot and 6 plants were planted as sparse planting plot. Plant growth and yield were measured till 100 days after planting. The number of fruit and yield per 3.3 centiare of trained plot, trains and sprayed with BCB plot or trained and ringed plot increased than in the on-trained dense planting plot. But the total fresh weight and percentage of root fresh weight decreased and the percentage of normal fruit and mean fruit weight decreased when the plants were trained, sprayed with BCB or ringed in the dense planting plot. The yield per 3.3 centiare in the sparse planting plot did not increase but the percentage of normal fruit and mean fruit weight in every plot increased more than the dense planting plot
