A total of 60 bearing blackpepper plants were used as source of leaf samples using leaves number 2 and 3 and 3 and 4 index tissue for analysis of NPK content of the leaves. Regression model was used to determine the levels of sufficiency and insufficiency of NPK concentration of the leaves and its relationship to yield performance. When the NPK of leaves had a concentration of 0.88%, 0.08%, 21% it gave a mean yield of 2.2 kgs/tree. On the other hand mean values of 1.91% N, 0.17% P and 0.42% K a mean yield value of 4.72 kgs/tree was recorded. Based from the result of the experiment and the predicted value of yield, NPK concentration of the leaves lower than 1.90%, values of the NPK higher than 1.90%, 0.18% and 0.40%, respectively, were considered sufficient
