The content of fibre and its fraction in millet and soybean hulls by the van Soest (detergent) method and various enzymatic methods was determined. The higher total fibre content by 2 percent in millet hulls and by 17 percent in soybean hulls in the enzymatic method than in the detergent methods was estimated.
