Climatic effects on generative development of Elsholtzia P (Lepechin) Garcke, a short-day plant

Observations on development of Elsholtzia Patrini grown in various experiments were performed to determine quantitative relationships between phenology and climatic factors. Budding and flowering accelerated under short-day conditions. For the same thermal and photoperiodic conditions, budding appeared earlier in late summer than in spring. Multiple regression equations describing the relationships were given
