Aspergillus flavus in corn seed was cultured in malt salt agar. Eighteen isolates of aflatoxin producing fungi were identified from the total of 205 isolates. The amount of aflatoxin was detected in these fluorescenced isolates by minicolumn chromatograghy. It was found that the brightness intensity on the florisil layer of the minicolumn was similar to the brightness on coconut agar.
