In the publication-series the author - head of the department - gives a short survey on the education and research activity and the domestic and international relations of the Department of Food Chemistry of the University of Horticulture and Food Industry, Budapest. This part deals with the research themes of the last years - e. g. investigation of food contaminants by chromatography, study of taste-interactions, radio-stimulation, enzymatic analytical measurements, fibre content increase of foostuffs - and informs about the diploma-works of the students and scientific dissertations, produced at the Department.
