Azotobacterium developed very well in 25-30 degrees Centigrade, pH 6-7 and 60-70% humidity, as an aerobic allogamous nutritional fungus. It increases the content of soluble nitrogen and phosphorus in crops. It accelerates the seed germination and growth of crops and gives good effect on the increment of vegetable yield under the condition of nitrogen application in the low level
