The best culturing condition and survival rate of Xanthomonas oryzae was solved. The pathogen keeps alive at temperature 10-35 degrees Centigrade with humidity 100%, and the ideal temperature is 30 degrees Centigrade. For the culture of Xanthomonas oryzae pathogen, it is rational to use medium of PSCA and SFe SCA. Disease rate and length of lesion is reduced remarkably in case of below 10** (4)/ml in the number of pathogens of inoculation material, and the pathogenicity of it is reduced when increasing the storing period and the number of passages
