The broad objective of the project is to attempt to assess the overall effects of the interventions as implemented under the Kirindi Oya Irrigation Settlement Project (KOISP). It tries to identify and measure KOISP outputs and trends; measure the project benefits and evaluate the impacts of the project and conduct a cost-benefit analysis of the KOISP.
