[Reduction of protein in milk]

The causes of changes in milk protein content are explained. The conditions causing the reduction of milk protein content are analysed. Cow feeding on different farms is discussed, protein deficiency in feeds is pointed out. The importance of total and digestible amount of protein in cow feed is emphasized. To improve the situation some recommendations for cow feed preparation are given.
