Factors affecting output per worker and total output per day as well as the number of transport vehicles used at streamlined field operation have been studied. The effect caused by the number of field machines in the group and the speed of the transport vehicles has been determined. All the data have been obtained by computer simulation. Multiple linear regressions have been worked out to study the effects expressed as the partial determination coefficients. Formulas based on simulation results have been worked out to calculate the most adequate number of vehicles for streamlined potato planting.
