Research of stresses in pressed fibrous agricultural materials

The paper shows research results of stress decrease in the pressed agricultural materials during hold time with constant strain. The values of relaxation were given for two dried fibrous agricultural materials: grass and lucerne. Applied pressing pressures were among 20,7 and 56,8 MPa, while moisture content was 8,2 to 21,0. The value of moisture content assuring maximum relaxation was determined for the whole range of applied pressures
