The aim of the work was to design a measuring stand to develop a testing method for measuring seed resistance properties in the conditions of dynamic and quasistatic loading and to determine the resistance properties of some varieties of leguminous plant seeds in differentiated hydrothermal conditions. Research on the forces appearing during seed mass swelling has also been undertaken
