Tiamutine for treatment of the diseased by enzootic swine pneumonia is necessary to apply first 3 days single intramuscularly in doses of 10 and 20 mg/kg body mass, and in following 7 days perorally from account of 200 mg/kg feed. This leads to the recovery of 82,1-84,4% animals. For prophylaxis of the swine enzootic pneumonia the preparation must be to use during 10 days in concentration of 100 mg/kg feed
