Processes of 14C and 15N (occupying different positions in uracyl, glycyn and alanin moleculas) inclusion into soil humus substances have been studied. The dynamics of these isotopes content in humus fractions is determined by the following major processes: quick and mainly unstable inclusion of transformation products of labelled initial compounds - the process is operative during the first 1 - 3 weeks; microbiological decomposition of unstable fragments, the process is dominant in a month after introduction of the compounds into the soils. The renovation relative rate of nitrogen in humus moleculas is 2 - 3 times higher than that of carbon. The participation of aminoacids in humus structural fragments formation is shown to dominate that of nucleic bases
