Correlation between long-term performance of solar corn-drying and is major design perameters has been analyzed by using computer simulation. The designed system consists of a flat plate collector, an auxiliary heat source and a drying bin obtained correlation can be used to estimate a long-term average solar fraction, mean as a function of major design parameters and solar radiation. The solar fraction, f, obtained from the correlation agrees well with that calculated from direct simulation. This correlation will be useful for solar corn dryer design.
