Riesling Italian is one of the most spread cultivars in vinegrowing regions all over the Pannonian Plan including region of Fruska Gora (Yugoslavia). In this paper was analized experimental data of two thirteen years long period. First period was from 1968 to 1980 and second period was from 1981 to 1993. In average for two examined period which contains data for 26 growing years, mean grape yield was 1.33 kg/square m, with 19.2 sugar content and 7.6 g/l of must acidity. Mean vintage data was 13th October. Every 3 to 4 years the natural sugar content of the grape was not enough for obtaining 10.5 vol. of alcohol in wine. Careful cultivation and late harvest decrease this risk.
