This paper describes callus induction of 3 genotypes of sunflower (SDB 861206, Ha-74 and D-M-3) and determine reaction of these genotypes to the Phomopsis culture filtrate. Calli from cotyledon explants induced on MS media with NAA and BAP. Media with Phomopsis fungus was filtrated and supplemented in MS with phytohormones. Significant differences were obtained between light and dark treatment, between genotypes and in interaction. Screening in vitro can probably be beneficial.
