Effects of water-soluble phosphorus content of nitrophosphate on wheat nutrition

A pot experiment, which was used to study the effects of different water-soluble phosphorus content (WSPC) of nitrophosphate on the yield and nutrient absorption of wheat, was done in three typical purple soils. The results showed that the fit WSPC of nitrophosphate in wheat was 30-100 in neutral purple soil, 80 in calcareous purple soil and 30 in acid purple soil. The phosphorus content of wheat increased with increasing WSPC of nitrophosphate. The yield of wheat increased when the WSPC of nitrophosphate increased in calcareous soil. But the result was opposite in acid purple soil
