New way of the preservation of good quality germplasm for European aspen

This paper concerns the new preservation way of good quality germplasm for European aspen. The results show that the effect of callus as preservation material is better. Under low temperature preservation, the time is longer and preservation rate is higher. The suitable preservation temperature of European aspen 3-1 and European aspen 3-2 is 2-4 deg C, European aspen 3-3 is 4 deg C, increasing hormone content (0.1 - 0.2 mg/L) while in MS culture medium, preservation effect of germplasm is better, for 6 months preservation
