The proteins fractions of beef and goose liver were examined by gelelectrophoresis (SDD-PAGE). For the preparation of samples, the traditional drying procedure in oven (102 degrees C) was compared with the microwave drying method. Considerable changes could be observed in the electrophoretic patterns of the respective protein fractions depending on the drying method
