[An early corn variety with a high energetic value]

The importance of feeding dairy cattle with corn silage of a high energetic value is explained. Experiments have been carried out to determine the conditions for growing an early hybrid corn variety in Latvia's soils and climate. The procedure of the experiment is described, the resulting data are discussed and shown in tables.
