The effect of clover silage feeding on the intragastric pH-dynamics of pigs

The effect of red clover silage feeding on the intragastric pH-dynamics is investigated in fattening pigs. The quality of red clover silage and average indices of gastric content pH of experimental pigs are pointed out. Average intragastric pH indices in the fundal gland zone and in the cardic gland zone of pigs are analysed. Average haematological indices and blood biochemical data of experimental pigs are taken into account.
