Results of investigations of morphological and specifities of induced amphidiploids of remouts stone fruit hybrids are presented. It has been shown that the doubling of the chromosomes' number in mentioned hybrids significantly increased their quality. The use of amphidiploids in the distant hybridization accelerates the development of high-yielding hybrids
