Analysis of subsidies efficiency in 1993 in relation with the preceeding years, based on acquired information from the view of granting subsidies in selected countries and business subjects, has shown that the increase of subsidies contributed presumes their allocation in accordance with the regional agrarian programmes. In their present absence it is required to improve the allotment mainly of the system subsidies for soil and the use of the released funds for a higher contribution to the Fiscal Promotional Fund.
