An analysis of the EC, Austria and USA markets arrangement for agricultural commodities is presented. The design of milk and grain market orders is discussed and the main focus is on the price analysis and organization of domestic and foreign trade. Based on knowledge from the foreign know-how, a possible solution for the organization of milk and grain markets in the Slovak Republic is indicated.
