Milk production of [Yugoslav] Domestic White goat and its F1 generation crosses with Bulgarian Saanen goat

In this work are given the results of investigation on Yugoslav Domestic White goat and its F1 generation crosses with Bulgarian Saanen goat with regard to the length of lactation period which in average amounted to 359.54 and 376.84 litres and average daily milk quantity of 1.39 and 1.45 litres respectively. Based on all data analysis proved in this investigation it can be concluded that the Yugoslav Domestic White goat and its F1 generation crosses with Bulgarian Saanen goat showed great ability in giving high milk yield. Unfortunately, they failed to obtain such high production results during the investigation due to the unsuitable conditions which high productive animals should have in order to achieve potential production possiblities.
