Number of microorganisms in soil under red clover as andicators of water irrigation pollution

The seeds of red clover were sown, the trial series irrigated by polluted water and the control one by that one from water supply along with available lighting airing and other cultivation measures, all conducted in classical manner. Polluted water affected the total number of microorganisms which as well should be noted for the reduced number of amylolytic microorganisms. During vegetation of red clover, the number of microorganisms studied became much bigger. The total number of microorganisms proved to be bigger in alluvium than in smonitza, while in respect to amylolytic microorganisms, their number, however showed an increase in smonitza.
