Herbicides efficiency on weeds in wheat crop

Two wheat varieties ("Baranjka" and "Slavonija") have been represented in the trials. The following herbicides have been used: Dicofluid DP, Lontrel 418-C, Starane 250 and Faneron 500 FW. The weed community in wheat crops belongs to a widespread association of Consolida regalis - Polygonum aviculare (Kojic et all, 1973). The applied herbicides have shown high level of efficiency and selectivity. The herbicide Starane 250 has been particularly emphasized. High reduction of weeds has also been achieved by the following herbicides: Dicofluid DP, Faneron 500 FW and Lontrel 418-C. The herbicides applied have favourably influenced the increase of winter wheat yield. The positive influence of herbicides on the increase of hectoliter and absolute weight has been ascertained. The herbicides applied haven't had any influence on the protein contents and sedimentary values.
