Effect of rain-worm manure and green manure on basic agrochemical properties of a chernozem soil type

The objective of the investigation was to study the effect of rain-worm manure and green manure on basic agrochemical properties of a chernozem soil type. The results obtained indicate that rain-worm manure and green manure have positive effects on improvement of soil chemical properties first of all on the content of total nitrogen and humus as well as on higher content of available phosphorus and potassium. The application of green manure gave higher effects on all studied soil properties with respect to the applied rain-worm manure.
