Baricz, A | Kurthy, Gy. (Godolloi Agrartudomanyi Egyetem, Godollo (Hungary))
In accordance with our experiences gained those who consume bioproducts regularly in Hungary. They can be classified into 2 main groups. 1. people producing themselves their bioproducts by household or similar farming, and 2. people buying bioproducts from bioshops or from small-scale producers. Those included in the first group are generally middle-aged people having medium income and living in the country or at least having a household farm. This time they constitute the most part of the domestic bioproduct consumer. In the second group you can find mostly trained young people with higher education and higher income. They are most often occasional consumers only. As for the producers and merchants this group has got greater importance because they are the solvent customers. Eating requirement of young people beginning now to take shape giving already much preference to bioproducts will guarantee the growing future demand on them
