The study included oestrus synchronization technique in recipient and donor cows by using PGF2 and analogue (Chloprotenol and Lupiostiol). Sychronization was achieved by double injection technique at (11) days interval using 500 Mg. Cloprostenol or 15 Mg. luprostiol in each cow. Oestrus synchronization was also achieved by a single injection technique using the same products, and depending on the presence of mature C.L. Double injection technique was easy to apply in large number of cows, while single injection was only practical in small number of cows.
