The relationship between denitrification intensity and soil water content

The interactation effect of different levels of soil moisture content and periods of incubation on denitrification intensity was studied in this experiment. Results indicated that the rate of denitrification of nitrate is related to increasing levels of soil moisture content. Amounts of NO3 -N extracted from soil decreased with increasing levels of soil moisture content
