[Seed viability of Swietenia macrophylla King as related to humidity content and fatty acids stored in two different conditions]

Germination of Swietenia macrophylla King seed as related to its humidity content, fatty acids and storage is greatly influenced by such humidity between and within periods and factors, respectively, not so at 5 deg C at seven months. Unsaturated acids are larger in number and proportion than saturated, and probably due to the unsaturated acids oxidation, seed viability is reduced.
