Influence of chemical protection of field bean upon the mortality of honey bees and amount of pesticides in honey and pollen

In the first year of experiment for the field bean (Vicia faba ssp. minor Harz) protection fungicide Ronilan and insecticide Fastac were used, in the second year - insecticide Decis, and in the third year - no chemical protection was applied. The pesticide application has not influenced on bees mortality, development of colonies and for preparing them for wintering. The residues of Decis were not found in the collected honey, pollen and dead bees. Intensive protection of field bean in blooming time with Fastac, Decis and Ronilan is rather not danger for bees
