The invention is referred to food industry and may be used as a food additive in food industry or bioactive additive in medicine. A method of obtaining an oil concentrate of carotenoids from plant raw material is proposed. It consists in primary chopping of raw material, its drying (70-75 deg C up to moisture content 5-6 %), extraction by sunflower oil, separation of a liquid phase from a solid one. Practical use of the method simplifies the technological process of obtaining an oil concentrate of carotenoids from plant raw material, gives raise in carotenoid output up to 90-95 %, reduces the cost price of the final product
