Determination of the optimal quantity of nutritious condition for the root and shoots qrowth of in vitro vine plants

An investigation about the influence of the nutritious quantity on the root and shoot growth of the vine in vitro conditions for 5-week period for cultivating on the base of nutritious condition with optimal content of the chemical components was carried out. The nutritious content was sloped in cultural vessels with equal sizes (16/160mm), with different quantities - from 1 to 6 ml. Microcuttings with leaf from in vitro plants of Bolgar, Kardinal, Rousalka and SO4 varieties were used for the experiments. With the results we can concluded that 3 ml nutritious conditions was the best.In spide of the quantity of the nutritious conditions, Rousalka 1 variety react with a slow growth, comparing to the other varieties and the rootstock SO4 - with faster.
