The influence of different manure type on crop yield, humus content and composition, soil microbiological properties was compared. The following crops were grown in experiment : semisugar beets, barley+clover, winter wheat. Organic fertilizers applied on PK background increased significantly crop yield, however less than mineral fertilizers (by 17-20 - depending on the type). Humus content sufficiently increased in 0-40 cm layer while solid manure and diluted slurry with straw were applied. Humus composition in 0-20 cm layer was improved most after application of single diluted slurry. In the same treatment the highest soil biological activity was determined.
