Soil pollution diagnostics is principally dependent on choice of proper extraction agents and a sample processing procedure. Total analysis gives information about heavy metals in soil; however, for most, analysis should specify contaminating element form and soil mobility. Heavy metal amounts were investigated in 16 locations by use of various extraction agents: 2M HNO3, 0.05M EDTA, 0.01M CaCl2, and 0.1M NaNO3. Bar charts show the extractability in percent for copper, nickel, lead, cadmium, zinc and chromium for twelve localities with soil types
