Research results of cadmium deposition in brown hare organism are summarised briefly. This kind of game is an appropriate bioindicator of landscape anthropo-contamination. It is used for biomonitoring programs organised by Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. The table shows levels of cadmium deposited in selected organs, tissues and droppings
