Water using behavior and domestic waste management of households in Phetchaburi Manicipality, Phetchaburi province

The objectives of this research are to study the behavior on water using and domestic waste water management, the economic and social factors concerning the behavior of water using and domestic waste water management of the people in Phetchaburi Municipality. The sample grops are the 313 heads of households. The systematic sampling technique is used with questionaires and observation. Percentage and arithmatic means are used in the analysis of the relationship between characteristics of the population, social and economic with water using behavior and domestic waste water management of households in Phetchaburi Municipality. The analysis found that the 0.05 statistical level showed that there are relationship between the income of households and head of households' education level with water using behavior whereas the membership of the households and head of househoulds' occupation has no relation with water using behavior. On the other hand, location of the house has relation with the domestic waste water management meanwhile head of households' education level, occupation and housing characteristics has no correlation with domestic waste water management.
